This is a strong blend; hay like, and complex, but without too must astringency. A perfect introductory green tea.

About our Green Tea

It's a simple, single-origin blend. We choose it because the region's tea-growing history is excellent, but also because it's one of the most interesting blends to taste each season. {Really, the seasonal changes are amazing.}

Creamy cheeses are a good foil for this pungent blend. You can't be good all the time.
